By using any services, programs, platforms, or websites of NTLS CONSULTANCY OPC PRIVATE LIMITED (“NTLS”), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Scope of Services

NTLS offers:

Educational workshops, internships, and training programs
One-credit/value-added courses
Business and technical consultancy
Project support, FDPs, and R&D services
Certification and platform-based learning tools

Services may be delivered in-person or online.

3. Eligibility & User Responsibility

Users must be 18+ or have guardian consent.
Institutions must ensure proper student participation.
Users must provide accurate information.
NTLS reserves the right to disqualify participants for non-compliance.

4. Website Usage

Users agree not to misuse NTLS websites, platforms, or digital services.
NTLS may suspend access for misuse, fraud, or policy violation.
Users are responsible for their login activity.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, certificates, platforms, and content are owned by NTLS.
Unauthorized copying, sharing, or modification is prohibited.
Certificates issued are verifiable and protected under copyright.

6. Fees, Payments & Refunds

All payments must be made in advance.
No refunds will be issued after service confirmation.
NTLS is not responsible for third-party payment issues.

7. Certification Policy

Certificates will be issued only if:

The program is fully attended
Assessment or project criteria are met
Institutional validation is complete (if applicable)

8. Privacy & Data Protection

NTLS will never sell, trade, or misuse your personal or institutional data. All information is used solely for service and certification purposes. For full details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Participant Conduct

Respectful and professional behavior is expected in all sessions.
Misconduct may result in disqualification.
Materials cannot be redistributed without permission.

10. Business & Partner Engagements

Business clients must honor agreements signed with NTLS.
Institutions and partners must not misuse NTLS branding or certificates.
Breach of MoU or unauthorized promotions will result in termination.

11. Limitation of Liability

NTLS is not liable for:

Delays, disruptions, or cancellations beyond control
Losses due to third-party systems or client expectations
Any indirect damages from misuse or misinterpretation

12. Termination

NTLS may terminate services or access if:

There is fraud or misuse
Terms and policies are violated
Clients become inactive for 90+ days

13. Jurisdiction

All legal matters are governed by the laws of India and subject to courts in Namakkal, Tamil Nadu.
